Tasting note 

This 100 ml extra virgin olive oil stands out for its intense green fruitiness with a slightly bitter and spicy entry on the palate, but much milder than the Picual variety. On the nose it has aromas of grass, almond and apple, with light notes of tomato and artichoke.
